Head - Operational Excellence and Management Systems
Rupam is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from Govt. College of Engineering, Karad and joined Divgi-TTS effective November 20, 2023. He will head and steer operational excellence initiatives along with
Quality, Production and Environment-Health and Safety practices ie. The overall Management Systems.
Rupam has 14 years of work experience in the automotive industry including an earlier 6-year stint (2012 – 2018) at Divgi-TTS in the area of Management Systems.
Rupam rejoins Divgi-TTS from Faurecia bringing along his skills as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality (ASQ). He is also a certified internal auditor for IATF 16949 & ISO
14001:2018.
In this role, Rupam reports to Jiten as a part of the senior management team.
