Jitendra Divgi
Managing Director
Jitendra Divgi is the Managing Director on our Board. He has received a bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineer (Honours) from The Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani in the year 1985 and has received a Master’s of Science Degree in Manufacturing from the University of Massachusetts, USA in the year 1986. Before joining Divgi Metalwares in 1994, he worked at Digital Equipment Corporation, Massachusetts. He served on the Board of Directors of BorgWarner, China in 2000, and was associated with BorgWarner till 2005.
