Our experienced team of engineers identify suitable chemistry of alloy steels based on the application of the component and apply effective heat treatment processes such as conventional heat treatment, carburizing, nitriding, carbo-nitriding or induction hardening.
We analyze and implement all aspects of manufacturing including design of castings, forgings, sheet metals and powder metal sintered parts. This is extended to the design of dies & moulds, jigs & fixtures, gauges as well as process automation. The development of state-of-the-art drivetrain solutions is expedited efficiently with our superior manufacturing competencies.
We have adopted new generation technology including hard finishing processes like single flank and generating gear grinding, power honing including internal gear honing. We are also one of the handful of companies to have power skiving in its manufacturing arsenal.
