On 9th - 10th of November, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) instituted National HR Circle Competition 2017 at IHC, New Delhi. Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Pvt Ltd presented a case study on “Operator Training & Evaluation for World Class Operational Excellence” under category of Performance, Training & Evaluation. Over 60-65 tenacious industries nationwide demonstrated HR Practices to jury of esteemed industry figures. Divgi TTS outperformed and was adjourned as Runner-up and awarded the trophy. The National HR Circle Competition was ably represented by Mr. Gopal Dalvi, Head – HR & OD and Mr. Saiprasad Minajigi, Management Trainee HR & OD who received the trophy from Ms. Rumjhum Chatterjee (Second from right), Managing Director & Head, Human Capital Development, Feeback Infra Group.
