Their keen interest to make the company a center of corporate excellence has been a key driving factor in the high standards of professional excellence that it has been able to maintain. As globalization of the automotive and financial markets proceeds with a quickening pace in the next 3 to 5 years, its experience and counsel will be invaluable.

Jitendra B. Divgi, Managing DirectorJiten armed himself with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani followed by a Masters Degree in Manufacturing from the University of Massachusetts, USA with a clear vision to take his family’s automotive component manufacturing business to newer heights.
That vision was again at play when he returned to India in 1990 to chart the company’s graduation from a components manufacturer to a solutions provider to OEMs in India and abroad. In 1995, Jiten inked a joint venture with BorgWarner, a USA based pioneering powertrain solutions provider, and Divgi Metalwares to form DivgiWarner Pvt. Ltd.
Jiten was involved in the buy-out of the BorgWarner stake in the DivgiWarner JV and the renaming of the company to Divgi TorqTransfer Systems. Jiten remains the Managing Director of the new entity, Divgi-TTS.
Jiten has interests in philosophy, art and music and reads extensively. In the spare time available to him, Jiten hones his tabla-playing skills.
Hirendra B. Divgi, DirectorHiren has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bangalore and has over 30 years of experience in advanced gear manufacturing processes and their influence in drive train products. Hiren has interests in melding of scientific thought with ancient spiritual thought and spiritually uplifting activities like gourmet cooking.
Ramesh A. Savoor, Independent DirectorRamesh completed his BSc. Tech. from the University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Mumbai. He spent a larger part of his career years with Castrol India Ltd. from where he retired as CEO & Managing Director, in 2002.
Since then, Ram, has been an Independent Director on the Boards of Tata AutoComp Systems Limited (Taco), Nelco and Thomas Cook.
Ram is a voracious reader and enjoys playing golf as a pastime.
Pradip Dubhashi, Independent DirectorPradip Dubhashi has been a Strategy Consultant from year ’91. He helps technology companies raise venture capital and companies in growth mode private equity. His specific areas of interest are Scenarios, Technology Diffusion, Financial Forecasting under uncertainty, Reverse Economics and Competitive Intelligence. He spent 17 years in the Mahindra Group. As its Corporate Planning Manager, he helped M & M set up Mahindra BT (now Tech Mahindra) and a JV with for Oil Drilling services. In his last assignment, he set up a subsidiary Siroplast Ltd, a company in engineering plastics as its first CEO.
Pradip Dubhashi has a BE (Electrical Engineering) from College of Engineering Pune and an MBA from XLRI (Jamshedpur). He serves on the boards of Prime Securities Ltd and The Mandhana Retail Ventures Ltd (both listed entities) as an Independent Director and Chairman. He mentors start-ups, loves reading and is an ardent golfer.
Pundalik Kudva, Independent DirectorPundalik Kudva is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is in full time practice since last 37 years. He is a senior partner in CNK P.D. Kudva & Co. He specializes in Advisory Services, Direct Tax Litigation and Legal Representation. His focus extends to Real Estate, Promoters & Builders and Small & Medium Enterprises.
Pundalik Kudva has spoken at different fora on professional subjects and is an advisor to Indian and foreign companies. He is a Trustee and Treasurer of Zonal Transplant Co-ordination Centre Pune which co-ordinates deceased donor organ transplant in Pune and other cities of Maharashtra.
An active Rotarian, Pundalik Kudva is a charter member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Poona Downtown, recognised and awarded for his service to the community. He has helped raise substantial funds for charitable causes.
